My vocation story starts at a young age. I grew up a cradle Catholic, and my family was close to the Church. For about 5-6 years my family fell away from the faith, and this affected me as a child. I was a terrible child during middle school and in the beginning of high school. My family then moved to Texas from California, and we got closer to the Church, and then in 10th grade I heard the call. God put people in my life that helped me better understand this call, and by the 12th grade, I was applying to seminary.
