ANTHONY ARTEAGA

The beginning of my vocation story takes place at the age of five when my uncle first took me to Ascension Church.  After finding some interest in the Eucharist, I decided to keep going to Mass with the rest of my family eventually going to St. Michael Church. During my freshman year of high school, I began to serve as an altar server and started getting closer to the Eucharist. By the end of my sophomore year, I discerned the call to the priesthood and answered it. Also, I partake in the hobbies of sketching, listening to music—hopefully I’ll learn to play an instrument in the future—and wish to add on Latin, French and Japanese to my languages.
