During my freshman year of high school, I felt called to begin frequenting the sacrament of Confession. After a few months of going to Confession weekly, I was suddenly struck by how God was always ready to give me healing and peace through the priest, and I wanted to bring that peace to others. I began discerning the priesthood and have followed the calling since then.
