I was raised Catholic and thought about the priesthood when I was young, but I never seriously discerned my vocation. That changed when I started Discernment 180. I realized I had a desire to learn and teach the faith that is proper to a priest. I tentatively said “yes” to God and found that I was at peace. As I continued in my discernment, God gave me more reasons to want to be a priest. I finally left my job in the tech industry to discern the priesthood in seminary, where I have continued to grow in my desire for priesthood.
