ERIC MITCHELL SCHUMANN
I was attracted to the priesthood as a child; however, I put it far from my mind in my teenage years while distracted by girls. My faith remained important to me, particularly the Holy Eucharist. After I graduated from Texas A&M, I began teaching catechism at Notre Dame parish in Kerrville. This caused me to grow in devotion to the Faith. After law school, I began my legal career in Houston, eventually opening my own firm, but something remained missing. After four years, I finally asked the Lord what he wanted for me, and I have not looked back.
