Gerard “Daniel” Niño
My vocation began in childhood, shortly after my family rediscovered our faith. At ten years old, I told my mother I wanted to be a priest. Mass, once a chore, became something I looked forward to. I memorized the priest’s words and dove into my catechism with real interest. The call stayed with me through high school insistently. It kept me up at night and left me restless, even in my relationship with my girlfriend. Deep down, I knew God was calling me to something more. After graduation, he gave me the courage to say yes, and I chose to follow His call.
