My earliest memories were spent thinking that I would be a Baptist preacher, but God had a different plan. When I became Catholic in high school, I thought that I would never become a priest, but once again God had a different plan. He allowed me to pursue a temporary career as a paramedic until I was in a place to hear his call. Despite saving lives, I was spiritually unfulfilled; I was missing something. After leaving, God revealed my deep desire to help others through Him and showed me that it would be through the priesthood.
