I call myself a cradle Catholic who remembers his baptism as I came into the Catholic Church right before turning seven years old. I first learned about vocations and discernment my freshman year of high school, which instilled in me a call to holiness and a consideration of priesthood for the first time. At the end of high school, I deferred my enrollment to college and committed to a gap year program for discerning God’s will. During such, I received many consolations to seriously consider seminary, so I withdrew my enrollment from college and applied to Holy Trinity Seminary.
