My vocation story began when I was very young. Around the age of nine I wanted to know my purpose in life. Unsure of how to go about discovering this, I decided to take it to prayer. Every night for about a year, I perseveringly prayed the same prayer, “God, what do you want me to do with my life?” For many nights He was silent. One night, however, He answered. In one moment, God revealed to me my vocation, and the trajectory of my life was forever changed.

This summer I got to visit the Grand Canyon.
