My vocation story started in my freshman year of high school at a retreat. I felt the call but was fearful of accepting it because I didn’t believe I could be happy outside of marriage. I felt this way for a couple years until I took a trip to Rome with my class. The priest who was our chaplain inspired me to accept the calling I felt. After that I felt great peace and was happy with my decision.
