I was raised in a wonderful family with four brothers and one sister. Educated primarily by my dedicated parents, our homeschool group, and also by my parish’s youth ministry, I grew to love our faith. In particular, my heart was moved by the thought of the priesthood. At first, this movement seemed to be only a natural appreciation for the priesthood; thus, I decided to go to college. I entered the University of Dallas and studied history. As this education nourished my love for Goodness, Truth, and Beauty, I realized that the idea of the priesthood not only attracted me, but also gave me a sense of peace.
